Have you ever wanted a pet unicorn? What about a pet dragon? If so, I recommend that you read both “You Don't Want a Unicorn” and “You Don't Want a Dragon” written by Amy Dychman. Both books follow a young boy's journey in having a pet unicorn and pet dragon. In the end, he comes to the conclusion that these awesome creatures do not make the best pet and maybe the perfect pet is something like a Hamster. (As long as the hamster doesn’t eat the magical unicorn poop.) These are amazing books that you need to read. The illustrations are awesome and are done by Liz Climo who is the author and illustrator of Please Don’t Eat Me.
